Chief Financial Officer
Mary Croghan has served as CFO for over five years at ISL and was one of the first employees hired. Specializing in small businesses, she brings her well rounded skill set to ISL, encompassing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, human resources, and office administration.
Her experience includes five years with By the People Corporation, an art, fashion and music based company in San Francisco. As CFO and managing partner, she was instrumental in the operation of their four stores, two record labels and a clothing line. Specializing in local talent, they represented many young up and coming designers and artists, giving many their first opportunity to show their work.
Born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, she attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, majoring in business administration. Missing the bay area, she moved to San Francisco and graduated from Dominican University with a B.S. in International Business and a minor in Spanish.
Music, photography and design continue to occupy her time when not crunching numbers.
